项目经理
职位描述
1、负责品传公司项目的规划、分解、资源协调、推动落地、质量保证，对项目的成功交付负责； 2、良好维护各相关人员沟通及反馈渠道，确保相关人员有效协同工作； 3、与各团队协作，支撑项目风险暴露、问题评估及推动解决； 4、对边界、成本、进度等关键环节敏感； 5、组织项目复盘，进行组织知识资产沉淀，支撑项目管理能力不断提升。
职位要求
1、大学本科及以上学历，5年以上互联网或软件项目落地、交付经验； 2、深度理解项目管理方法，对风险、问题保持敏感，并能持续调优项目管理流程，推动项目交付质量提升； 3、工作主动、严谨、有担当，具有强团队合作意识和管理能力，逻辑思维强，善于沟通； 4、具备技术背景，熟悉企业服务、SaaS等相关领域优先考虑，PMP等相关证书持有者优先考虑。
